Carman performed my treatment, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I remember getting my first Cool & Brilliant facial here. The employees were just amazing. Nicole brought me in and Olivia did my facial and it was her birthday. My face looked amazing and I have had another one since in Boston and it just wasn't the same. I am thinking of flying down to Tennessee just to go here.

Nicole was great. She is super sweet! I went just for dermaplaning which I have done before elsewhere. But the day after without makeup several people said to me your skin looks amazing what do you do? I can’t wait to try other services she offers!

I want to begin by saying that the entire process runs seamlessly from the front desk to the back. The check-in was perfect, and Megan did an excellent job explaining the procedures. I truly felt safe and respected during my first session, and I have no complaints about how she managed my specific citation. Christina is such a joy and an absolute professional! I came in for a consult for my nano brow laser tattoo removal and she explained everything in great detail and really took her time to inspect my eyebrows and give me expectations for how the ink would react, number of treatments, everything to possibly expect. She has such a warm personality and it’s obvious she has daughters- she has such a motherly and friendly touch of personality.

This is my second time having clear and brilliant laser to treat my melasma. I’ve been working with Olivia. She has been amazing. Very thorough, explains everything, ensures I’m comfortable. And best of all are the results. She’s takes her time and really focuses on my bothersome areas. My skin has drastically improved and I will continue to visit her.

I couldn’t be happier with the dramatic difference in my skin since starting to work with Christina. I had a lot of redness, and broken capillaries that were requiring more and more makeup to cover. Christina started me on VBeam laser treatments for my redness, and GentleMax Pro for some dark sun spots. The sun spots sloughed off within a couple of weeks. The reduction in my redness has been HUGE! What a difference!

Christina is very skilled, walks you through each step of what the laser does and what to expect. She takes great care to make sure you’re prepped well and not in pain. The laser itself was very comfortable (I was expecting it to sting, but it really didn’t.) The healing process was very manageable and entirely worth it for the results.

I highly recommend this place! The facials give incredible results, specifically the diamond glow and the crystal clear. Ask for Ashley! She’ll really help you feel more confident in your skin and give you extra tips on what your specific skin type needs. This has really TRANSFORMED my skin and helped me be more confident without wearing makeup.

Lazer was not painful thanks to numbing cream application which is allowed to work for an hour before the procedure. Kelsey is thorough, and aftercare cream is a must. Put aftercare cream on first then sunscreen on top.
