Cancellation Policy

At Franklin Skin and Laser, your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you.

We do not double book, and we strive to see our patients on time. In order to provide you with excellent service, we require that our cancellation policy to be acknowledged before you book an appointment under the following terms:

• A valid credit card on file at all times.
• 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule all appointments.
• No penalties for cancelling/rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment (including Saturdays and Sundays). You may text us your cancellation/reschedule notice.
• Email/text reminders automatically sent to you 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment, AND a phone call reminder if you do not confirm via email or text.

If you no show, cancel or reschedule in less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, the following fees apply:

• $50 charge for appointment time scheduled for 40 minutes or less
• $100 charge for appointment time scheduled between 50 and 80 minutes
• $150 charge for appointment time scheduled for 90-120 minutes
• 25% booking deposit will be FORFEITED for the following procedures: CoolSculpting, Exilis, Morpheus, Profound, Plasma Pen, Fillers, Surgical, C02, UltraClear and Thread Lift.

If we are unable to charge your card, please note that the above fees must be paid in full to book any subsequent appointments.
