Recently I had a wonderful experience with my first visit to Franklin Skin and Laser. My appointment was for a second opinion for a cyst which needed to be removed. Dr. B quickly realized I was in an acute situation, and the process of removal needed to be started immediately. Due to incorrect guidance from another doctor office, I was in a potentially dangerous situation. Dr. B explained to me the process, making sure I understood the procedure. He made sure all my questions were answered, and he helped ease all my concerns as he carefully explained the entire process from start to finish. I felt totally comfortable with his expertise. Marie assisted Dr. B, and she was so sweet to me through the procedure. I have worked with cosmetic surgeons in the past, and can honestly say Dr. B is a rare find. He truly cares about his patients, and it shows in his work and also in his interaction with patients. He was thorough and meticulous with my entire procedure. I am so thankful to find him. His staff is awesome, and like Dr. B they genuinely care. I left knowing how to reach the doctor after hours, if needed.
