Wrinkle creams: modest results, some overblown claims

I’ve always had a wonderful experience every visit! It’s been over a year since I’ve been coming for all my appointments and everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend Franklin skin & laser for all of your needs/wants. They have the best staff and the location is always so sanitary.

Recently I had a wonderful experience with my first visit to Franklin Skin and Laser. My appointment was for a second opinion for a cyst which needed to be removed. Dr. B quickly realized I was in an acute situation, and the process of removal needed to be started immediately. Due to incorrect guidance from another doctor office, I was in a potentially dangerous situation. Dr. B explained to me the process, making sure I understood the procedure. He made sure all my questions were answered, and he helped ease all my concerns as he carefully explained the entire process from start to finish. I felt totally comfortable with his expertise. Marie assisted Dr. B, and she was so sweet to me through the procedure. I have worked with cosmetic surgeons in the past, and can honestly say Dr. B is a rare find. He truly cares about his patients, and it shows in his work and also in his interaction with patients. He was thorough and meticulous with my entire procedure. I am so thankful to find him. His staff is awesome, and like Dr. B they genuinely care. I left knowing how to reach the doctor after hours, if needed. I would highly recommend Dr. B, and plan to talk with him about another procedure once completed with this one.

Amazing! Doctor is so knowledgeable and so thorough. I’ve been to many dermatologists in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills and he ranks right up there amongst the best !

I don't know what I expected but it was a wonderful experience. I look 10 years younger and love it. They pay attention and do what you asked for,check it out,I'm going back.
