I contacted Franklin Skin and Laser to have a tattoo removed. From the moment I called to the moment I left their office, I was made to feel appreciated and important. Every person I talked with or encountered was friendly, professional, and compassionate. Carmen is very compassionate and client with every session. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking tattoo removal.

This locally** owned nashville business goes above and beyond for their clients. The owners to the staff are extremely personable, informative, and detail oriented. Plus,Dr. Benglesdorf is a perfectionist** -and shout out to Carmen! Over the years, i've had laser hair removal, stitches, scar laser treatments, to the clear and brilliant laser treatment for acne scars/dark spots. I have always been happy with their bedside manner + most importantly the results. PLUS, I have very sensitive skin, so I always expect some sort of reaction. And if there was, the staff knew EXACTLY how to adapt my pre/post treatment making me feel very safe + less anxious. (I live in downtown Nashville and it is 100% worth the schlep all the way down to their office in cool springs) Upwards and Onwards!

Dr. B and his staff are super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They went out of their way to fit me in for treatment right after my consult. I drove 2 hours to be seen here and would happily drive more! I highly recommend!

Lazer was not painful thanks to numbing cream application which is allowed to work for an hour before the procedure. Kelsey is thorough, and aftercare cream is a must. Put aftercare cream on first then sunscreen on top.

Love Franklin Skin & Laser! I have now used them for a couple of different services and have been very satisfied with my experience for both. First, the office is clean, bright and inviting, and located in a very convenient location. The front desk staff are all very kind and helpful, and the clinical staff are all clearly very knowledgeable about the services and are very client and happy to talk with the clients for as long as needed and to answer any and all questions you may have. They are also very attentive to client needs and clearly strive to make you comfortable and as relaxed as possible during treatment. Highly recommend!
