Over the years, i've had laser hair removal, stitches, scar laser treatments, to the clear and brilliant laser treatment for acne scars/dark spots. I have always been happy with their bedside manner + most importantly the results. PLUS, I have very sensitive skin, so I always expect some sort of reaction. And if there was, the staff knew EXACTLY how to adapt my pre/post treatment making me feel very safe + less anxious. (I live in downtown Nashville and it is 100% worth the schlep all the way down to their office in cool springs) Upwards and Onwards!

Lazer was not painful thanks to numbing cream application which is allowed to work for an hour before the procedure. Kelsey is thorough, and aftercare cream is a must. Put aftercare cream on first then sunscreen on top.
